While we can't guarantee that every product we ship arrives in perfect condition, we can make sure problems are handled at top priority with minimal delay. 

In most cases, warranty situations are handled by the manufacturer. Anex provides no warranty other than the warranty offered by the manufacturer on the product. 

If a product arrives DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA), email us immediately. DOA Policies vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. We will be glad to apply the manufacturer's policy and help you get up and running. In most cases a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) will be issued and a replacement product will be sent to you.

Please note that RMA numbers are only valid for thirty (30) days from the time it was issued, and all products received without an RMA number or with an expired RMA number will be returned to you unopened.

All returns/exchanges must be in original packing and not used. Credit will be issued only after inspection. 

Restocking Fee is NOT applicable on exchanges that are returned in original packing and not used.

Restocking Fee may apply on returns.

Please use the original manufacturer's packaging. (We recommend double boxing all returns to help eliminate restocking fees and to keep the product in "Like New" condition).

Make sure your returns are complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, and static bags (just as you received it).

Please do not write on the box. A restocking fee is applicable if the box is not returned in resaleable condition.

Please reference your RMA number clearly on the shipping label.

Freight charges in returning the products are the sole responsibility of customer.
