Anex Technologies has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website: anextech.com Anex Technologies subscribes the services of InternetSecure, Inc. to provide services of credit card processing. Anex Technologies collects and maintains records of Contact Information to fulfill the customers' orders and for internal accounting purposes only. No financial information will be collected online and maintained by Anex Technologies. All financial information are collected by InternetSecure Inc. to complete the credit card transaction. Customers who do not wish to provide credit card information online, may provide contact information and credit card information by fax or phone. Financial Information provided by email is not recommended and will not be requested by Anex Technologies under all circumstances. Cardholders providing financial information by email are at your own risk. Cardholder provider Information: Anex Technologies subscribes the services of InternetSecure, Inc. to process all credit card transactions and this service requires that cardholders provide contact information (including without limitation: name, address, city, state or province, postal code, country, telephone and email), and financial information (including without limitation: name on credit card, credit card number and expiry date), and ordering information. This information is collected and used to process the transaction and for internal accounting and other procedures. Information Automatically Collected: Our web site keeps track of usage data, such as the source address that a page request is coming from, your IP address or domain name, the date and time of the page request, the referring web site (if any) and other parameters in the URL. The information collected on the electronic purchase service are linked to personally identifiable information. This is collected in order to combat fraud during the purchase process. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Sharing of Information: Certain information submitted through the electronic purchase service (excluding credit card numbers) are shared with our subscribed service provider (InternetSecure, Inc.) and our supplier providing shipping services in order to fulfill the order. Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (including name, company, address, city, state or province, postal code, country, telephone number, fax number and email address). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company and products. Our site uses an online/fax order form for customers to place order for products. Contact information from the order form is used to fulfill the orders for our customers. Contact Us / Email Inquiries: No information sent to Anex Technologies via email or other form is used for any other reason than to respond to and maintain a record of the inquiry. This information is not sent to third parties or retained for mailing list purposes. Security: Anex Technologies subscribed the services of InternetSecure, Inc. to process all credit card transactions and we do not maintain or keep track of any credit card information. The security of the credit card information is provided by InternetSecure with SSL encryption. InternetSecure uses digital certificates from Verisign. All information collected by InternetSecure is held offline, secured via SSL encryption, and protected by a firewall. Whenever sensitive information is transmitted to InternetSecure through its website, such as a credit card number, their server provides 128-bit encryption of the information as it travels across the Internet.
